By submitting this registration form, the participant acknowledges and agrees to the following:

• The Vietnam Creative Awards 2026 registration process and Awards Guidelines have been reviewed and understood.

• The first two (2) award category entries are free of charge (FOC). From the third (3rd) entry onwards, a fee of USD 50 per award category applies.

• Each registration form applies to one (1) brand, designer, artist, photographer, or creative studio only.

• Submissions must be made under the exact name of the applicant or brand/studio, which will be used consistently across all official Awards communications and materials.

• Award categories selected must be relevant to the applicant's professional practice or submitted work.

• All submitted materials (images, videos, texts, and documents) must be accurate, original, and approved for editorial and awards-related use by Vietnam Creative Awards Organizer and across all our media channels.

• The name provided in this registration form will be used for award engraving, official certificates, press releases, and all Awards materials throughout the Awards season. Any changes requested after confirmation may be subject to additional production fees.
